Who we are?
We are Tom and Laura Platt, based on our Farm in Howden, East Yorkshire along with our daughter Autumn. We base ourselves right in the middle of the action where both the potatoes are grown for Lister’s and where our Crisp Factory is sited where Lister’s crisps are produced and dispatched.
We’re both 3rd and 4th generation Farmers respectively and in 2019 we made the decision to start Lister’s crisps and haven’t looked back since! Aside from Lister’s and Potatoes the Farm is still incredibly busy growing a variety of Arable crops including Wheat, Barley, Oats and Oil Seed Rape. We also have our own herd of beef cattle.
Lister’s crisps started with a desire to create the best tasting hand cooked crisps, all made on site on our family farm in Yorkshire, from a good crunch to amazing flavours we believe we have created the perfect crisps – and we hope you agree!

With a touch of our signature seasoning, each batch is lovingly crafted and sealed in a bag for you to relish.
