DELIVERY POLICY
UK ORDERS
- FREE DELIVERY: 2-5 Working Days
On all orders over £25.00 - STANDARD DELIVERY: 2-5 Working DaysÂ
On all orders under £25.00 a small delivery charge of £3.50 will be applied to your order.Please note: all prices are inclusive of VAT
We strive to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, external factors may sometimes cause delays. If there are any issues with stock availability or unexpected delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.
All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services. Once dispatched, most deliveries arrive within 1-2 working days. Please double-check your delivery details before completing your order, as we are unable to amend or cancel delivery addresses after dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For orders outside mainland UK, additional delivery charges will apply. We recommend reaching out to us before placing your order so we can provide an accurate shipping quote.
RETURNS POLICY
You have the right to return your order within 7 days of receiving your items. To do this, please email us at hello@listerscrisps.co.uk with your request.
After contacting us, we will provide instructions for returning the items. Products should be returned in their original condition within 7 days. Products should be returned in their original, unused condition within 7 days of notifying us of your intent to return. This means items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and undamaged, with all seals intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned products show signs of use, damage, or are not in a resaleable condition. To ensure a smooth returns process, please handle items with care until they are returned to us. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a tracked return service.
Refunds, including initial delivery fees, will be issued within 14 working days of us receiving the returned items. Please note that the cost of returning items to us is non-refundable.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you’ve received an incorrect or faulty product, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Returns for these items must be completed within 7 days. We will refund the product price, the original delivery cost, and the cost of the return postage once the item has been received and assessed.
LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of dispatch, please reach out to us so we can investigate and provide assistance.
